Cancellations: For confirmed pre-orders, we understand that circumstances can change. While we encourage our customers to be certain before placing a pre-order, we offer the option to cancel with a 3% cancellation charge. This fee primarily covers payment processing fees and the administrative costs associated with the cancellation of a pre-order. It also helps us mitigate potential market value changes that can occur with the dynamic nature of Pokémon TCG products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: While we do not accept returns, we stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photographic evidence to process any claims. After review, we will provide a suitable solution which may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.
